In the midst of all the chaos, you seek peace for yourself or your loved ones. Whether your child or teen is struggling with worries about school, friends, and life in general, or you, as a young adult, are navigating college life or a job transition, the stress can feel overwhelming. As a parent, you want your child to feel carefree again and simply enjoy being a kid. As a young adult, you seek to find your footing amidst juggling friendships, work, and life's demands. I'm here to support you in finding that calm and reclaiming a sense of balance.
Play is the natural language of children. In play therapy, I use toys, art, and movement to help your child process big feelings and build self-esteem. For teens and young adults, I provide a supportive space to address traumas, reduce anxiety, and navigate life transitions. My specialties include EMDR, play therapy, and sand tray therapy.
I understand the unique challenges that children (3 years and older), teens, and young adults face. I’m here to support you or your child towards healing and growth. Please reach out to schedule a free 15-minute call to learn more about how I can help.
